Cleaning agent
The commonly used industrial cleaning agents on the market are roughly divided into two categories, one is water-based cleaning agents, and the other is solvent-based cleaning agents. Water-based cleaning agents need to be heated and dried in precision industrial cleaning, and many rinsing stations are added. Energy consumption is high, operating costs are usually high, and sewage treatment facilities must be added. Environmentally friendly solvent-based cleaning agents use raw liquid cleaning, although the unit price is higher, but can be reused. When we choose cleaning agent, it is nothing more than the following aspects.
① Stable chemical properties, not easy to react with the cleaned material;
② The surface tension and viscosity are small, and the permeability is strong;
③ Low boiling point, can dry itself;
④ No flash point, non-flammable;
⑤ The KB value should not be too high to avoid dissolving with the cleaned material;
⑥ Low toxicity, safe to use;
⑦ Non-ODS and low GWP (global Warming potential), environmental protection.
Cleaning cutting fluid, spark oil and solid impurity particles according to customer requirements. The following six controlled trials were conducted with three cleaning agents.

First clean the cutting fluid with ES-500, ES-500 chemical stability, no flash point non-toxic, ODP value (ozone depletion potential value) is zero, GWP value (global warming potential value) is also low. Because the cutting fluid is a kind of emulsion, the color is milky white, in the experiment, the workpiece is first soaked in the cutting fluid, and then take out the workpiece, the surface is attached with a layer of emulsion, and then put the workpiece into the ES-500 cleaning agent, gently shake the workpiece, the cutting fluid will drop by drop out and float above the cleaning agent. Because the surface tension of ES-500 is small, it can better wet the surface of the workpiece, so that the cutting fluid is separated from the workpiece, and the density of ES-500 is larger than that of water, and it is not missoluble with water, so the water-based cutting fluid will float above the cleaning agent. Because the impurities are insoluble with the cleaning agent, the solvent can be recovered and recycled by simply separating the liquid. When the workpiece is finally removed, it can be clearly seen that the workpiece is cleaned and there is no residue on the surface.

Use ES-500 to clean spark oil, which is the product of hydrogenation of kerosene components and belongs to secondary hydrogenation products. Because the ES-500 has a lower surface tension than spark-oil, it can clean workpieces contaminated with spark-oil. ES-500 and spark oil are colorless transparent liquid, in order to make the experimental effect more intuitive, first add ES-500 in the test tube, and then add spark oil, oscillating test tube, the two solutions can not be mixed with obvious stratification, indicating that spark oil and ES-500 are not soluble, so only the separation of liquid can be recycled cleaning agent.
TSF cleaning cutting fluid, TSF cleaning agent chemical stability, non-toxic, small surface tension, low viscosity, ODP value (ozone depletion potential value) is zero, GWP value (global warming potential value) is also low. Because the density of TSF cleaning agent is larger than water and is not missoluble with water, the workpiece with water-based cutting fluid is put into TSF cleaning agent, and the cutting fluid will be separated from the workpiece with small white droplets and float above the cleaning agent, so the cleaning agent can be recycled only by separating the liquid. Finally take out the workpiece, we can obviously observe that the surface of the workpiece is clean and no residue.

TSF cleaning spark oil, because both are colorless transparent liquid, direct cleaning of the workpiece with spark oil experiment phenomenon is not obvious, so first add TSF cleaning agent in the test tube, and then add spark oil, oscillating test tube. We found through the experiment that the spark oil can dissolve in TSF cleaning agent, so that it can be separated from the surface of the workpiece, and the cleaning effect is good. It is only necessary to combine the evaporation and purification of the cleaning agent with the cleaning equipment, and the service life of the cleaning agent is limited.
Clean the cutting fluid with CH cleaner, which is a colorless, odorless liquid hydrocarbon. Such products have flash points, so the safety is unstable during operation. Because the surface tension of CH cleaning agent is small, insoluble with water and denser than water, when cleaning the workpiece covered with cutting fluid with CH cleaning agent, the cutting fluid will be separated from the workpiece drop by drop and sink. Finally take out the workpiece, it can be clearly seen that the surface of the workpiece is clean and no residue.

To clean the spark oil with CH cleaning agent, first add CH cleaning agent to the test tube, then add spark oil, shake the test tube. Through experiments, we found that spark oil can dissolve in CH cleaning agent, and the cleaning effect is better. However, the cleaning agent cannot be used repeatedly. When the impurities in the cleaning agent reach a certain concentration, the cleaning agent needs to be replaced.
