Fluorine surface treatment agent

HOSCIEN 8200 series electronic-grade surface treatment coating is a colorless and transparent, low viscosity fluorine-containing liquid used for mold release treatment of plastic parts and electronic components. Its main solvent is a fluorine-based solvent, which is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, non-flammable in air, and exhibits excellent safety, low environmental impact, and outstanding physical properties. After film formation, the 8200 series products are colorless and transparent under sunlight, with low surface energy, which can improve the release properties between injection-molded parts and molds. With a nano-level coating thickness, it does not affect the accuracy and appearance of the workpiece. The 8200 series products can be used as SMT stencil printing release agents, electronic device Tape&Reel carrier tape release agents, LCD light guide plate release agents, LED packaging release agents, and precision injection molding release agents. The 8200 series products can also be used for lubrication purposes, forming a uniform and lubricating film on the surface of objects after drying. The film has characteristics of dust non-adherence, high and low temperature resistance, noise reduction, oil and grease repellency, and anti-fouling properties.
