Electronic Moisture Resistant Coating


HOSCIEN WOP-7700UC series electronic moisture-resistant coating is a film-forming coating solution with a fluorine-based solvent as the carrier and fluorine resin as the core solute. The coating is widely used for aging protection in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and vulnerable component applications in mobile consumer electronics, smart automotive systems, smart furniture and appliances, military and aerospace, outdoor electronic base stations, and smart wearable devices.<br/> The product has low viscosity and excellent wetting and leveling properties. After curing, it forms a fluorine film with a thickness of less than 10μm on the protected substrate surface, which exhibits outstanding aging resistance, including resistance to high temperatures, salt spray, sulfidation, mildew, thermal shocks, moisture, water vapor, and electrochemical corrosion. The thin film does not alter the original functionality and heat dissipation characteristics of the protected devices and has no impact on product rework and maintenance. It represents a new generation of clean, environmentally friendly, and safe coating materials.
