Electronic Moisture Resistant Coating

HOSCIEN INT-6600UC series

The INT-6600UC series is a colorless and transparent low-viscosity fluorine coating that is suitable for moisture-proof treatment of electronic substrates and components. It is a non-flammable fluorine coating that does not contain any PRTR substances or environmentally harmful materials. The surface film of the INT-6600UC series is colorless and transparent under sunlight and appears blue under 365nm ultraviolet light, making it easy to inspect the applied areas. The film thickness is around 1µm-**µm, with minimal impact on heat dissipation. The INT-6600UC series is widely used for its water-repellent, oil-proof, and moisture-proof properties.

Electronic Moisture Resistant Coating

HOSICEN AMC-9980UH series

HOSCIEN AMC-9980UH is a colorless, transparent, low viscosity fluorinated coating mainly used for moisture-proof and anti-corrosion treatment of PCBs and electronic components. Its main solvent uses fluorinated solvents, which are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and non-flammable in air. It exhibits excellent safety, low environmental impact, and excellent physical properties. AMC-9980UH film formation, it is colorless and transparent under sunlight, and appears bright blue under 365nm ultraviolet light, which helps to inspect the coating area. The coating has good elasticity and is not easy to crack. The coating and substrate have good adhesion and are not easily detached. the coating thickness of about 3 μm does not affect the heat dissipation of the coating surface. AMC-9980UH is currently widely used for ACF moisture-proof protection of LCD/LCM, as well as moisture-proof protection of laptop motherboards, battery control boards, and air conditioning/refrigerator control boards. In addition, it can also be used for waterproofing and anti fouling of outdoor equipment.

Polymeric fluorine resins

Polymeric fluorine resins

Polymeric fluorine resins refer to a class of polymers in which all or part of the hydrogen atoms connected to C-C bonds are replaced by fluorine atoms. Compared to conventional polymers, fluoropolymers containing C-F groups often exhibit various outstanding properties due to the low polarizability, strongest electronegativity, and smaller van der Waals radius of fluorine atoms. These properties include excellent heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, weather resistance, solvent resistance, low flammability, high transparency, low friction, low refractive index, low surface energy, low moisture absorption, and excellent oxidation resistance.
Based on these excellent properties, fluoropolymers play an important role in the transformation and improvement of traditional industries such as the automotive industry, chemical industry, power industry, food industry, aerospace, and construction.
Hoscien, relying on proprietary technology and joint development with universities, focuses on fluorine coatings and fluorine coating areas used in the fields of electronics, microelectronics, and new energy. By utilizing the chemical and physical stability, low surface energy, and easy cleanability of fluoropolymers, Hoscien has developed various fluorinated polymers such as perfluoropolyether-modified silane, fluorinated acrylic resin, and fluorine-modified polysilane. These materials are widely applied in markets such as mobile phones/tablets, wearable devices, and household and commercial computers.
