Topping Out Ceremony Marks the Ignition of Industrial Upgrading
——Grand Topping Out Ceremony of Hoscien Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.'s Factory
On May 13, 2025, the new factory of Jiangshan Xinlong Chemical Co., Ltd., funded by Hoscien Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., was filled with fluttering-colored flags and resounding salutes as the grand topping out ceremony took place. Company leaders, representatives from the construction team, business partners, and employee representatives gathered to witness this momentous milestone.
The atmosphere at the site was electric. Construction cranes soared into the sky, and the workers were brimming with enthusiasm. As the final batch of concrete was poured, the main structure of the new factory was successfully topped out, marking a significant phased victory in the project's construction.
During the ceremony, the company's General Manager delivered a speech, expressing heartfelt gratitude to all those involved in the project: "From the planning and design to today's successful topping out, every step has been a testament to everyone's hard work and dedication. The representative of the construction team also pledged that in the subsequent construction phase, the team would maintain a rigorous work ethic, strictly control the project quality, and accelerate the interior decoration, equipment installation, and other follow-up works to ensure the new factory can be put into operation as soon as possible.
It is reported that the new factory project covers an area of 35,212 square meters and is designed with modern production workshops, intelligent warehousing centers, and supporting facilities. Equipped with advanced production processes and intelligent management systems, the factory is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 2,500 tons upon completion, playing a pivotal role in driving local economic development and promoting industrial upgrading.
