Learning from Accident Lessons and Strengthening Safety Awareness - Hoscien Conducts Special Safety Training
At 11:57 on May 27th, an explosion occurred in a workshop of Shandong Gaomi Youdao Chemical Co., Ltd., resulting in serious casualties and property losses. This incident has sounded the alarm for the entire chemical industry and related enterprises regarding work safety. To deeply learn from this accident, effectively strengthen the company's work safety management, and improve the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, Hoscien Technology organized a comprehensive and in - depth safety training activity on June 4th.
The training was led by the company's safety management department. At the beginning of the training, the accident process, preliminary cause analysis, and the severe consequences of the Gaomi Youdao Chemical explosion were introduced in detail. Through shocking on - site pictures and video materials, every employee was made to deeply understand the huge harm of work safety accidents. Subsequently, combined with the company's actual production and operation conditions, experts thoroughly analyzed potential safety hazards and risk points in the production process, such as aging equipment, illegal operations, and inadequate implementation of safety management systems.
The training content covered basic aspects including work safety laws and regulations, safety operation procedures, and fire safety knowledge. The company's management attached great importance to this safety training. The General Manager emphasized in the training mobilization speech, "Work safety is the lifeline of enterprise development. The explosion accident of Gaomi Youdao Chemical has taught us a painful lesson. We must learn from it, always stay vigilant, and prioritize work safety. Every employee should deeply understand their responsibilities in work safety, strictly abide by the company's safety management systems and operation procedures, and prevent safety accidents from the source." At the same time, the company's leaders also required department heads to earnestly fulfill their safety management responsibilities, strengthen daily safety supervision and management of employees within their departments, and ensure the implementation of all safety measures.
Through this safety training, the safety awareness of all employees in the company has been significantly enhanced, and they have a deeper understanding of the importance of work safety.
